Moja Bandz stands behind the quality of its bracelets and wants customers to feel confident in their purchase.
If something isn’t right with an order, customers should reach out within 15 days of receiving it. Moja Bandz will review each situation and work toward a fair solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products, bracelets are generally considered final sale.
Moja Bandz will assist in the following cases:
- Incorrect item received
- Item arrived damaged
- Order is missing items
Customers must contact Moja Bandz within 7 days of delivery and provide their order number along with clear photos so the issue can be resolved quickly.
If a resolution requires a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders within the United States typically arrive within 4–7 business days, while orders to Canada are delivered within 3–4 business days. International orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on factors outside of Moja Bandz’s control, including carrier delays, customs processing, and local postal services. Moja Bandz is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
Customs, Duties & Tariffs
As Moja Bandz operates from Canada, orders shipped to the United States or other international destinations may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes upon arrival.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be billed directly to the customer by the shipping carrier or local customs authority.
